Rent Collection Management Service
Extensively advertise your property
Carry out viewings 6 days per week, out of hours if necessary

Our Fees

We offer a transparent commission structure which allows our Landlords to spread the payment of our commission over the duration of the tenancy. Under our Rent Collection Service we offer selected services within our commission rate of 9%. In addition to our Rent Collection Service we also offer a comprehensive Management Service at 11% with all services included as detailed above. By choosing either of these services the following additional charges would apply:

A fee of £180 will be charged for every new tenancy and £90 for renewal tenancy; protecting the security deposit with a Government-authorised Scheme (and providing the tenant(s) with a Deposit Certificate and Prescribed Information) at a charge of £40; collecting extensive references on the new tenant at a charge of £50 per person.

Our fees can be varied subject to individual propositions. Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Installation Condition Report and Professional Inventory Report fees available upon request.
